What does a mortgage broker do?

A good Mortgage Broker is a professional in lending services and has access to a wide variety of lenders.  Using their understanding of the lending options available, they will work with a client to find the lender and loan that best suits their needs.

The most important thing a good mortgage broker should do is look after the client and help them through every step of the way during the application and settlement process, while helping them get the most suitable loan from the most suitable lender for their unique situation.  They should be available to answer any questions the client may have and also make the process as easy as possible.

Do you just provide home loans or do you offer other services?

2EASY Home Loans offer a wide range of loans.  From home loans, investment loans, debt consolidation, refinancing, personal loans, car loans and even general insurance.

How much can I borrow?

Every client is different and every lender is different.  The amount you can borrow will depend on the lenders policies and your current financial situation.  The best way to find out exactly what you can borrow is to speak with a 2EASY Home Loans mortgage broker who will carefully assess your financial situation and help find the best deal for you.

How much does your service cost?

Our service is 100% FREE to you!  That’s right, FREE!  We don’t charge you, the client a cent.  When the mortgage settles, the chosen lender will pay us a commission.

Are you going to recommend the lender that pays the most commission?

Not at all!  For a standard residential home or investment loan, the difference between the lenders’ commission rates are very small.  We are much more interested in making sure you are happy with the loan product chosen so that you refer your family and friends to us.
